Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, call us within 15 days of your purchase to arrange for an exchange, credit or refund.

Tarheel Medical Supply’s Policy is as follows:

·         No unauthorized returns will be accepted. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling 919-969-2669.

·         No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the original date of purchase unless the original manufacturer’s warranty provides for a longer period of time.  

·         All returns and exchanges must be received in new and resalable condition.  There will be no  exceptions.

·         Sorry, but for health reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of eating, hygiene and mouth stick products.

·         Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser.

·         All returns are subject to a returned item charge, not to exceed 25% of original purchase amount.

To make a return or exchange:

·         Call Tarheel Medical Supply at 919-969-2669 for a return authorization number. Write this number on the outside of your return shipment. Then send or bring the package to Tarheel Medical Supply 1201-C Raleigh Road Chapel Hill, NC 27517.

·         Tarheel Medical Supply will credit your account for returned merchandise as soon as it is received and processed. In the meantime, an order for replacement may be entered.

·         Credit is based on the original invoice price and excludes freight charges.
